Give Owner access to your Clover Dashboard

To finish your Clover integration, Owner needs its own login in your Clover Dashboard. You add it as an employee, which only you can do. This takes about five minutes.

Before you start

  • You can log in to your Clover Dashboard at clover.com/login with permission to add employees.

  • Your Owner contact has given you an email address to use. It looks like [email protected]. Ask them for it if you don't have it, and don't invent your own.

Add Owner as an employee

  1. Log in to your Clover Dashboard and click Employees.

  2. Click Add employee.

  3. Under Full name, type Owner Integrations.

  4. Under Email address, type the address your Owner contact gave you.

  5. Click Role and choose Admin access.

  6. Click Save. Owner is now on your employee list.

Check the Admin role has what Owner needs

This usually just works, but it's worth confirming. In Clover, permissions are set per role, so every Admin on your account shares the same access.

  1. Go back to the Employees list.

  2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner, then click Permissions.

  3. Check that Admin has access to all four of these: Inventory App, Multiple Menus, Reporting, and Setup app.

ℹ️ To see who else holds a role, go back to the Employees list, click the same three dots, and click Roles.

What happens next

Tell your Owner contact once Owner is on your employee list. They'll check your Clover plan covers what the integration needs, then build your menu and finish the connection. You don't need to do anything else in Clover until they come back to you.
