Disconnect a marketplace from Owner

You disconnect a marketplace from Settings › Marketplaces in your Owner Dashboard. Uber Eats and Grubhub you can do yourself. DoorDash takes a step on each side.

Uber Eats

Only you can do this, signed in with the same Uber Eats account you used to connect that location. Owner support can't disconnect it for you, because Uber requires your own credentials to manage your stores.

⚠️ Sign in with the Uber Eats account that connected this location. If you have more than one Uber Eats account across your locations, using the wrong one is the usual reason the store doesn't appear in the list.

  1. Go to Settings, then Marketplaces.

  2. Next to Uber Eats, click Log in with Uber Eats to manage stores.

  3. Sign in with the Uber Eats account that connected this location.

  4. Click Add or remove stores.

  5. Deselect the store to disconnect.

  6. Click Save, then confirm by clicking Disconnect Uber Eats locations.

DoorDash

DoorDash takes two steps. Clear the connection on DoorDash's side first, in your own DoorDash account. Then contact Owner support and we'll clear it on ours. We can't clear our side until yours is done.

Grubhub

  1. Go to Settings, then Marketplaces.

  2. Next to Grubhub, click Log in with Grubhub to manage stores.

  3. Click Deactivate.

Deactivating takes your Grubhub store offline. To bring it back, contact your Grubhub rep or reconnect through Owner.

ℹ️ Note: disconnecting in Owner doesn't take your store off that marketplace. It stays live there and keeps taking orders, they just stop reaching your Owner Dashboard. To stop selling there altogether, pause or close the store in that marketplace's own portal, or pause marketplace orders from your Owner tablet.
