How do you update the Notification Settings on the Owner Dashboard?

If you're interested in receiving email notifications regarding your online ordering, this step-by-step article will show you how to enable and manage your Notification Settings in your Owner dashboard.

We'll review in detail how to enable email alerts for:

  • New online orders

  • New customer reviews

  • Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)


How to get started:

  1. Once logged in to the Owner Dashboard, Click on Home then Settings on the left side of the screen

    1. If you have multiple locations it will prompt you to choose one.

  2. Next, click into Notification Settings to expand the drop-down menu.

  3. Then, you can choose which emails you would like to receive

    1. New Orders: Receive an email every time an order has been placed.

    2. New Reviews: Receive an email every time a guest leaves a review on your menu.

    3. Daily Notifications: Receive an emailed sales report once a day.

    4. Weekly Notifications: Receive an emailed sales report once a week.

    5. Monthly Notifications: Receive an emailed sales report once a month.

  4. To accept email notifications slide the toggles to ON 🔵.

  5. Click Save.

📝. Note: If you choose not to receive email notifications, that's okay! This information will always be accessible to you in the dashboard.
