You can adjust the amount of Reward Points each items costs on the Owner Dashboard. Navigate to the Menu section to get started!
Go to the Owner Dashboard and login.
Navigate to the Menu page by clicking on Restaurant then Menu on the left side of the screen.
Click on the Items tab near the top of the screen.
Now you can find the Item you want to update from the existing list or by using the search bar on the right side of the screen.
You need to update the amount of Reward Points used to redeem an item from within the Item Editor.
Once you have selected the Item you want to update, scroll down until you see Points to Redeem.
Now you can click on the down arrow to select the amount of points you want this Item to cost.
You can also make an Item Not Redeemable. This will prevent your guests from being able to purchase this Item with Reward Points.
Always remember to Save in the top right corner of the screen.
Owner.com recommends using the amounts below to make your Reward Points system as valuable as possible:
Items between $0.00 and $4.00 = 500 points
Items between $4.01 and $9.99 = 1000 points
Items between $10.00 and $19.99 = 1500 points
Items between $20.00 and $30.00 = 2500 points
Items $30.01 and above = non redeemable
