Your website's Most Ordered carousel automatically features your top-selling items based on real order data, refreshed weekly. Mark items as Popular in your Owner Dashboard to add them on top of the auto-selected picks and to feature them in your automated marketing emails.
1. From your Owner Dashboard, click Menu in the left navigation.
2. Click Items.
3. Find the item you want and click on it.
4. In the Promotion section, switch Popular Item to On.
✅ For popular items to appear in your automated marketing emails, each one needs a photo, a description, a price of at least $5, and loyalty points enabled.
How items qualify for Most Ordered
The Most Ordered carousel shows up to 8 items per location. Items qualify automatically when they meet all of these:
At least 5 sales in the past week
Priced above $4
Have an image
ℹ️ Items you've marked as Popular appear after the auto-selected ones, up to 8 items total.
