The Popular Items carousel appears at the top of your online menu and displays the 1-3 most liked items, followed by up to 3 items you've marked as Popular in the Owner Dashboard. Popular items also appear in automated guest marketing emails.
1. From the Owner Dashboard, click Menu in the left navigation
2. Click Items
3. Search for the item you'd like to mark as popular and click on it
4. In the Promotion section, switch Popular Item to On
β For popular items to appear in automated marketing emails, each item needs a photo, a description, a price of at least $5, and loyalty points enabled.
