Before uploading a guest list you need to prepare your CSV file.
Make sure your file meets these requirements before starting the import process:
The file must be in CSV format
Each row should include:
First Name
Last Name
Email and/or Phone Number
ℹ️ While only one contact method is required, having both will drive better results.
Include either an email or a phone number. If a first or last name is missing, use a placeholder (for example, “Unknown”).
1. Once your CSV is ready, login to your Owner Dashboard and click Customers
2. Click Import
3. Select your location and click Get Started
You’ll be guided through a four-step process.
4. Upload your CSV file
Upload your completed CSV file.
5. Verify CSV format
Confirm the arrow is pointing to the correct row containing your column headers.
6. Match customer data
Match each column in your file to the appropriate fields (e.g., First Name, Email).
7. Click Import Customers
8. After the list imports view results and click Done
You’ll see a results screen showing how many rows were successfully imported and how many failed.
⚠️ Common reasons for failed rows:
Duplicate entries
Missing required contact information
Invalid characters in the file
