1. Login to the Owner Dashboard and click Marketing
2. Click One-time
3. Click Create
4. Click Text
5. Choose a location or select All locations
6. Click Create
7. Name your Text and click Create
8. Click the pencil icon
9. Enter your copy and any links and click Done
10. Click Save as draft or Schedule
