How do I set order timing for my catering menu?

Quickly control how far in advance guests can place catering orders.

1. Go to your Owner Dashboard and click Settings

2. Click on the Features tab

⚠️ If you have more than one location, choose the correct one from the dropdown before continuing to ensure 'catering' settings display.

3. Toggle on catering

4. Set timing rules

Minimum lead time: how much notice you need before an order (e.g. 24 hours).

Maximum order window: how far in advance guests can schedule an order (e.g. 30 days).

5. Save your changes

⚠️ Updates will only affect new orders, existing ones won’t change.
