Catering orders follow the lead times you set, to help you manage fulfillment smoothly. Here's how timing works across different ordering methods:
Online ordering window
Guests can place catering orders based on the timing you set: your minimum lead time (the soonest they can order, 0–720 hours) and your maximum order window (the farthest ahead they can schedule, 1–60 days).

Catering request form:
Orders submitted through the Catering request form aren't restricted by these lead times.
These are inquiries, not confirmed orders, you can review, accept, or decline them.
Mobile app:
Catering orders can't be placed through the mobile app.
The app only supports ASAP orders, not scheduled ones.
