Catering orders follow specific lead times to help you manage fulfillment smoothly. Here's how timing works across different ordering methods:
Default Online Ordering window
Guests can place catering orders at least 24 hours in advance, and up to 8 days ahead.
Your device will alert you 24 hours before the scheduled fulfillment time so you're ready.
Catering request form:
Orders submitted through the Catering request form aren’t restricted by the 24-hour window.
These are inquiries, not confirmed orders, you can review, accept, or decline them.
Mobile app:
Catering orders can’t be placed through the mobile app.
The app only supports ASAP orders, not scheduled ones.
