How do I take an in-store order on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Use the Checkout screen to ring up walk-in guests.

1. Tap Checkout in the left menu.

2. Check that In-store is selected at the top of the cart. It's the default when you open Checkout.

3. Choose To-go or Dine-in.

4. Add items by browsing the menu categories on the left, or tap Search at the top to find a specific item.

5. Tap Add name to attach a guest name to the order. This is optional.

6. If you selected Dine-in, tap Add table no. to assign a table. This is also optional.

ℹ️ The Add table no. option only appears when Dine-in is selected and your location has table numbers enabled.

7. Tap the green Checkout button to move to payment.

✅ Need to add a discount, custom item, or tax exemption? Tap Actions in the cart before tapping Checkout.
