How do I redeem a guest's loyalty rewards at checkout on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Guests can use their loyalty points toward an in-store order. You'll need their phone number to look up their account.

1. Add items to the cart on the Checkout screen.

2. Tap Actions at the top of the cart.

3. Tap Redeem rewards.

4. If you've already added the guest's phone number to the order, their rewards balance appears. If not, you'll be asked to enter it now.

5. Select the reward to apply and tap Done.

The discount appears in the cart.

6. Tap Checkout to proceed to payment.

ℹ️ Redeem rewards only appears if your location has the loyalty feature enabled.
