How do I customize what gets asked at in-store checkout on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Choose whether checkout asks for the guest's name and table number during in-store orders, from Settings > Orders.

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Orders.

3. Toggle Ask for customer name on or off. When on, checkout asks for the guest's name.

4. Toggle Ask for table number for dine-in orders on or off. When on, checkout asks for a table number on dine-in orders.

ℹ️ These prompts only apply to in-store orders taken at checkout on your device. Online orders are not affected.
