How do I mark a ticket as complete in the Kitchen on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Mark a ticket complete when the order has been handed to the guest. Completed tickets move to the Completed tab.

1. Open the Kitchen view and tap the In progress or Ready tab.

2. Find the ticket you want to complete.

3. Tap Complete at the bottom of the ticket card.

The ticket moves to the Completed tab.

1. Make sure your Kitchen is set to Tabular grid layout.

2. Double-tap the ticket's header (the colored bar at the top of the card). The ticket completes in one tap.
