How do I recall a completed or ready ticket in the Kitchen on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Recall a ticket to move it back to In progress. Useful when an order was marked done by mistake or needs to be re-fired.

Recall from the Completed tab

1. Open the Kitchen view and tap the Completed tab.

2. Find the ticket you want to recall.

3. Tap Recall at the bottom of the ticket card.

The ticket moves back to the In progress tab.


Recall from the Ready tab

ℹ️ The Ready tab displays on prep stations.

1. Tap the Ready tab.

2. Tap Recall on the ticket card.

The ticket moves back to In progress.
