How do I open the full order from a kitchen ticket on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

See the full guest order behind any kitchen ticket, including the guest's name, contact info, payment, and any notes.

In Tabular grid layout

1. Tap the ticket's header (the colored bar at the top of the card).

2. In the action menu that opens, tap Order details.

In Columns layout

1. Tap the ticket's header.

The full order opens right away. There's no action menu in this layout.

From the Requested tab

1. Tap the Requested tab.

2. On the ticket card, tap View order.
