How do I print a kitchen ticket on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Send a ticket to your kitchen printer at any time. Useful when a printout didn't fire, or when you need an extra copy.

Print from the ticket card

1. Open the Kitchen view.

2. Find the ticket you want to print.

3. Tap Print ticket on the card.

Print from the ticket action menu

1. Tap the ticket's header to open the action menu.

2. Tap Print ticket.

ℹ️ Whether option group names appear on the printout is controlled by your printer settings, not by the on-screen toggle. Update printer settings from your Owner Dashboard.
