1. Open the Orders screen and tap the order you want to print.
2. Tap Print in the actions row, or tap the Actions menu ("...") and then tap Print.
3. Choose Ticket or Receipt
Type | Description |
Ticket | prints the kitchen prep format (items, options, special instructions) |
Receipt | prints the guest-facing format (items, prices, tax, total, payment method). |
4. Tap Print.
⚠️ If your printer isn't connected, you'll see a "Printer Not Connected" message with a link to Settings > Printer Select.
