⚠️ You need a receipt printer connected to your device to print a report. If you don't have one set up yet, see How do I connect the Owner tablet and printer for the first time?
You can print a combined report from any report screen in the Reports tab. The printed report covers the date and time range you've selected and includes sales, payment methods, and order channels.
Print the report
1. Open the Reports tab and set the date and time range you want.
2. Tap the Print sales report button (printer icon) at the top of the left rail.
3. The button shows a loading state while the data refreshes, then sends the report to your receipt printer.
What gets printed
The printed report combines three views into one:
Sales | Top-line metrics and full breakdown |
Payment methods | Card and cash totals |
Order channels | Order count and sales by channel |
It also prints the date range, time range, and the timestamp the report was generated.
If printing fails
If the report doesn't print, you'll see a red banner at the top of the screen that says either Failed to load report data or Failed to print report.
Try these in order:
1. Make sure your receipt printer is powered on, has paper loaded, and is connected to the same network as your device.
2. Tap the Print sales report button again.
3. If it still fails, check your printer connection in Settings, then try again.
