What reports are available on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Your Owner POS and Owner Tablet include four reports: Sales, Payment methods, Order channels, and Tips. Find them in the Reports tab.

Your Owner POS and Owner Tablet include four reports you can pull up at any time to see how your business is doing. They all live in the Reports tab in the side navigation.

ℹ️ These reports show data for the date and time window you choose. For deeper analysis, including item-level sales and refunds, use the full Reports section in your Owner Dashboard.


Open the Reports tab

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left to open the side navigation.

2. Tap Reports (the bar chart icon).

3. The Sales report opens by default. Use the left sidebar to switch to a different report.


Available reports

Report

What it shows

Sales

Your orders, net sales, in-house tips, and total collected, with a chart and a full line-by-line breakdown of gross sales, discounts, sales tax, tips, and guest-paid fees.

Payment methods

How much you collected by card and by cash, with a chart and a breakdown table.

Order channels

Where your orders came from, your POS, website, app, or third-party marketplaces (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), with order count and sales for each.

Tips

In-house tips broken down by pickup, delivery, dine-in, and to-go, plus tips collected for third-party drivers.

ℹ️ Don't see the Order channels report? Your staff role may not have permission to view it. Ask an admin to update your role from your Owner Dashboard.


Tools at the top of every report

Above the report list, you'll see three buttons that work across all four reports:

Date range. Pick a single day or a custom range.

Time range. Narrow the report to a specific window of hours (e.g., lunch only).

Print sales report. Send a combined report to your connected receipt printer.
