โน๏ธ Delivery tracking only appears on orders fulfilled by third-party services. In-house delivery orders don't show tracking in the Orders screen.
1. Open the Orders screen and tap a delivery order fulfilled by a third-party service (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.).
2. Check the delivery status in the order detail panel. It updates automatically as the delivery progresses.
Status | Meaning |
Pickup | Driver is on the way to your location. |
Picked up | Driver picked up the order from your location. |
Delivering | Driver is on the way to the guest. |
Delivered | Order has been delivered. |
Cancelled | Delivery was cancelled. |
Returning | Driver is returning the order to your location. |
3. To see the driver's location on a map, tap the Track button (map icon).
โ The driver's name and phone number appear in the delivery section once a driver is assigned.
