How do I track a delivery on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

For orders delivered by DoorDash, UberEats, or another third-party service, the Orders screen shows live delivery status and driver details.

โ„น๏ธ Delivery tracking only appears on orders fulfilled by third-party services. In-house delivery orders don't show tracking in the Orders screen.

1. Open the Orders screen and tap a delivery order fulfilled by a third-party service (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.).

2. Check the delivery status in the order detail panel. It updates automatically as the delivery progresses.

Status

Meaning

Pickup

Driver is on the way to your location.

Picked up

Driver picked up the order from your location.

Delivering

Driver is on the way to the guest.

Delivered

Order has been delivered.

Cancelled

Delivery was cancelled.

Returning

Driver is returning the order to your location.

3. To see the driver's location on a map, tap the Track button (map icon).

โœ… The driver's name and phone number appear in the delivery section once a driver is assigned.
