Sell physical gift cards to guests and add money to them on your Owner POS. Cards arrive blank and have no value until you load money onto them.

Before you start
Order blank cards from Print Shop. See Order print marketing materials from Print Shop.
Load a new card
When a guest buys a card, load the amount they're paying onto it.
On your Owner POS, tap Gift cards in the menu.
Enter the card's 16-digit number, or tap Scan QR code and scan the code on the card.
Enter the amount the guest is paying, then tap Load.
Take payment
After you tap Load, take the guest's payment for the amount you entered.
Choose how the guest is paying, then complete the payment:
Card: The guest taps or inserts their card on the reader.
Cash: Enter the details, then tap Pay.
Card entry: Enter the details, then tap Pay.
On the Gift card loaded screen, check the new balance, then tap Done.
Add money to a card
Guests can add more money to a card they already have.
⚠️ Tap Load, not Charge. Charge takes money off the card.
Tap Gift cards.
Enter or scan the card number. The current balance appears.
Enter the amount to add, then tap Load.
Take payment the same way as for a new card.
ℹ️ Note: If you use another POS, you can still charge Owner gift cards on your Owner tablet. See Charge or redeem a gift card.
