You're paid for a gift card when a guest buys it, not when it's used. Gift card sales pay out with your regular orders, on the same schedule.
What you receive and when
You receive the gift card amount, minus the processing fee and your share of the Owner fee, if your plan gives you one.
ℹ️ Note: A gift card sale follows your payout schedule, like your orders, so it may not be in the payout from the day it was bought. For example, if your payouts arrive two business days after a sale (T+2), a gift card bought on the 20th shows up in the payout on the 22nd.
