You can add money to a gift card or take money off it from your Owner Dashboard. Use it to correct a balance, add bonus value, or reduce what's on a card.
Adjust the balance
Enter a positive amount to add money to a card, or a negative amount to take money off. You'll check the new balance before you confirm.
⚠️ Adjusting a balance is not a refund. It changes the card's balance only and does not return money to anyone. To refund a gift card purchase, contact Owner support.
Enter the adjustment
Go to Payments › Gift Cards.
Click Adjust Balance.
Enter the Gift card number.
In Adjustment amount, enter the amount to add. To take money off, enter a negative amount, for example -25.
Confirm the adjustment
Check the New balance.
Enter a Reason.
Click Adjust balance.
In the Confirm balance adjustment message, check the change, then click OK.
Check a card's balance and history
Look up any gift card in your Owner Dashboard to see its current balance and past activity.
Go to Payments › Gift Cards.
Find the card in the list, or use Search gift cards.
Click the card to see its balance, who sent it, who received it, and its Activity.
