How do Owner payouts work?

An Owner payout is the money we deposit to your bank for your orders and gift card sales. Payouts are automatic, and most arrive about two business days after a guest pays, based on your Stripe payout schedule.

How your payout is calculated

Every payout follows the same formula. Here's what each part includes.

Total amount collected + Adjustments & credits − Total amount deducted = Net payout amount

  • Total amount collected: everything collected from guests: sales, sales tax, tips, and guest-paid fees.

  • Adjustments & credits: platform credits, refunded fees and tips, gift card sales, and external revenue.

  • Total amount deducted: refunds, disputes and dispute fees, Owner fees, processing fees, delivery fees, delinquency fees, third-party driver tips, gift card redemptions, and external fees.

  • Net payout amount: what actually deposits to your bank account.

⚠️ Your net payout includes the sales tax you collected. You're responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.

When you're paid

Payouts follow your Stripe payout schedule, usually landing about 2 business days after a guest pays. Gift card sales pay out the same way: you're paid when the card is bought, not when the guest redeems it. See When you get paid for gift card sales.

Where to see your payouts

You can see every payout and its breakdown in your Owner Dashboard.

  1. In your Owner Dashboard, go to Reports › Payouts.

  2. Choose a date range.

  3. Open any payout to see its full breakdown.

✅ Tip: To export a payout's details as a spreadsheet for your accountant, click Export payout.

You can also see your payouts under Payments › Payouts. To see the gift cards you've sold, go to Payments › Gift Cards. Each card shows its number, recipient, balance, purchase date, and location.
