Turn on push notifications so you're alerted to big orders, active issues, and key updates in real time. Use the banner when you first log in, or turn them on from the More tab anytime.
From the first-time banner
The first time you log in, the app shows a banner that asks you to turn on notifications.
Tap Turn on notifications in the banner.
When your phone asks, tap Allow.
From the More tab
Use this if the banner didn't appear or you dismissed it.
Tap the More (gear) icon at the far right of the bottom bar.
Tap Notifications.
In the Push notifications are off message, tap Enable.
When your phone asks, tap Allow.
If notifications don't arrive
If notifications are on in the app but don't arrive, your phone's settings are likely blocking them. Turn notifications on for Owner in your phone's settings:
iPhone: go to Settings › Notifications › Owner.
Android: go to Settings › Apps › Owner › Notifications.
