You can offer catering for online ordering alongside your regular menu. You set up a catering menu much like your regular menu, then mark it as a catering menu and configure it separately.
Before you start
If you use a POS integration, catering setup works a little differently. Contact Owner support and we'll help you set it up.
Add your catering menu
In your Owner Dashboard, go to Menu › Menus.
Add your catering menu the same way you added your regular menu.
Open the new menu and set its Menu Type to Catering.
⚠️ Your catering menu's settings (availability hours, prep time, minimum order, and so on) are independent from your regular menu. Configure them separately.
Configure your catering settings
Go to Settings › Orders and delivery › Catering.
Set your catering options.
Click Save.
ℹ️ Note: Catering menus don't appear in your restaurant's mobile app. The app only shows your standard online-ordering menu.
If you don't want online catering orders
You can promote catering without taking orders online. Add any of these to your website:
A homepage content section
A dedicated catering page
A catering request form
A downloadable PDF menu
