Why your fees look the way they do
Fees in the fee breakdown are grouped by who paid them. These points explain what you see.
Owner.com fee vs. Processor fee: The Owner.com fee is the platform fee only. The Processor fee is the separate card-processing charge.
Grouped by who paid: Fees are split into what you paid and what the guest paid.
Subsidized delivery: If you cover part of a guest's delivery, your restaurant-paid Delivery fee can show the full third-party amount. The gap between that and the guest-paid delivery fee is the part you chose to cover, not an extra charge.
Flex or Super Flex: Your Restaurant-paid fees show the full 10% platform fee (your 5% plus the guest's 5%, shown together).
Delinquency fee: A delinquency fee shows under Restaurant-paid fees only if you have an overdue Owner invoice.
