The Orders page in your Owner Dashboard is where you find orders, see their details, and take action on them. The same Order Details panel and actions also appear in the Owner App and on your Owner tablet.
Find an order
Click Orders in the left navigation to see all orders for the selected restaurant. At the top, you can:
Search by name, phone number, or order ID. For multi-location brands, results span all locations.
Filter by date range. It shows the last seven days by default.
Export a CSV of the current view.
The table shows each order's number, guest name, date, type, status, amount, and location.
✅ Tip: When you open an order and click Back, your date range, filters, and page stay the same.
See an order's details
Click any order to open the Order Details panel. It shows:
The items and options.
The subtotal, tip, tax, fees, and total paid.
The fulfillment type and prep-by time.
The guest's contact info.
The payment method.
Where the order came from.
Delivery orders also show a tracking link and the delivery address.
ℹ️ Note: Ordered on Restaurant's App means the guest used your branded app. That's different from the Owner App, which is the staff app you use to manage your business.
Take action on an order
Every action lives in the Actions menu at the top of the Order Details panel:
Call guest: Dials the guest's number. You can also read the number in the panel. This option is turned off when there's no number on file.
Charge or Refund: Add a charge or issue a refund. See "Add a charge or refund to an order."
Change to pickup, in-house delivery, or 3rd party delivery: See "Change an order's fulfillment method."
Void order: Cancels an unpaid order that has no recorded payment. For paid orders, use Refund.
Change an order's status
Open the order and use the status control to move it along, for example to mark it complete. In the Owner App, tap the order, then change the status from the dropdown on the Order Details screen.
Change the pickup (prep) time
If the kitchen needs more time, you can push back one order's pickup time in the Owner App. The guest is notified of the new time.
Open the order in the Owner App.
Tap the prep-time value in the status header.
Use the +/- stepper to set the new time. The time changes in 5-minute steps.
This changes one order only. To set longer prep times for busy windows that repeat, see "Set up Kitchen Overrides."
