How do I deal with delivery / driver issues?

If you or a customer has any delivery issues such as the driver being late, or not delivering the order - please get in touch with Owner Support so we can assist. We can help resolve these issues, report poor driver behavior, and refund you and/or the customer in situations where it's needed.

We can also track the driver and contact them if there are delays, and figure out the best solution based on the situation. If one of your customers requests a refund due to a driver issue, we can help refund and cover the cost for you.
