Delivery zones control where guests can order delivery from your restaurant. You set them up in your Owner Dashboard, and each zone has its own area and delivery provider.

Your zones are on the Delivery page (Settings › Orders and delivery › Delivery). Each zone covers one area.

You can also set a fee and a minimum order amount for each zone. To change or delete a zone, click it in the list.

A radius zone covers addresses within a set driving distance of your restaurant. It uses the shortest driving route, not a straight line, so the area follows the roads and isn't a perfect circle.

This is why an address that looks inside the circle on a map can still show as outside your delivery area.

A smaller radius gives you faster, more reliable deliveries. The farther a driver has to go, the more likely the order arrives late or the delivery fails.

In some dense US cities, we recommend a maximum radius. If your restaurant is in one of these cities, keep each zone at or below this radius:

A zip code zone covers every address in one zip code. To deliver to more than one zip code, add a zone for each one.

To stop delivery to part of your area, add a radius or zip code zone that covers it. Then set Delivery to Not Allowed.

If a radius or zip code doesn't fit your area, Owner support can build a custom zone with an exact shape. Contact Owner support with the area you want covered.
