Pickup and delivery each have their own on and off setting in Orders and delivery. Turn one off, and guests can't choose it when they order online from that location until you turn it back on.
Requirements
The Manage store settings permission (Admin or Manager by default). See How staff and permissions work in Owner.
Turn pickup or delivery on or off in your Owner Dashboard
Pickup has a switch right on the Orders and delivery page. Delivery has its own page, where you also manage your delivery zones.
Pickup
Go to Settings › Orders and delivery.
Turn Pickup on or off.
Click Save.
Delivery
Go to Settings › Orders and delivery › Delivery.
Turn Provide delivery at this location on or off.
Click Save.
ℹ️ Note: When delivery is on, guests can only order delivery to addresses inside a zone that's turned on. See Set up delivery zones.
Turn pickup or delivery on or off in the Owner App
In the Owner App, the change saves as soon as you confirm it.
Tap the More icon.
Tap Orders and delivery. If the app asks, choose your location.
Turn Pickup or Delivery on or off.
Tap Enable or Disable to confirm.
What happens when you turn it off
When delivery is off, guests can't choose delivery from that location. Pickup still works if it's on.
Turning off delivery also stops delivery for catering orders.
When pickup is off, guests can't choose pickup from that location. Delivery still works if it's on.
If you have more than one location, guests can still choose pickup or delivery at your other locations that have it turned on.
Your DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub orders don't change. To stop those for a while, see the next section.
ℹ️ Note: These settings are for one location at a time. If you have more than one location, repeat the steps for each one.
Stop orders for a short time
If you only need a short break, like during a rush, pause your online orders or your DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub orders instead. Your restaurant stays open to guests, and online orders come in for later. See Pause online orders (Store Pause).
