How do I issue a refund or add an additional charge to an order?

You can issue a partial refund, full refund, or add an additional charge to an order from either the Owner tablet or the Owner Dashboard.

Is your POS integrated with Owner?
If so, you must complete a refund on Owner to ensure they are processed properly - even if the POS has the option to refund an item.

From the Owner tablet:

  1. Find the ticket on Orders or Transactions

  2. Select it, and you will have 3 options; Print, Add Charge, or Add Refund

  3. When it comes to Refunds, you can pick a number, or the Full Refund option



From the Owner Dashboard:

  1. On the Owner Dashboard, click Restaurant

  2. Click on Orders​

  3. Find the Order and click on it

  4. Click on either Add Refund or Add Charge at the top

  5. Enter the amount and submit

Important Note:

A full refund will not cancel the driver on deliver order. If the driver also needs to be canceled, please contact the support team for assistance by calling (510) 630-2397
