ℹ️ The previous Phone Ordering screen has been replaced by Checkout.
You'll find the same functionality there.
Use this when a guest calls in to place a pickup or delivery order.
1. Open the Kitchen App and tap Checkout in the left-hand menu.
2. The screen defaults to Phone on the right side of the screen.
3. Select Pickup or Delivery.
4. Tap Add Customer to add the guest's name and phone number.
5. If Delivery is selected, add the guest's delivery address.
⚠️ A delivery address is required before checkout can be completed on delivery orders.
6. Select when the order is needed: ASAP or a scheduled time.
7. Browse the menu and add items to the cart. Items will appear on the right side of the screen.
8. Tap Checkout in the bottom right corner.
9. Enter the guest's payment details.
10. To add a tip or split the payment, tap Actions in the top right corner before completing the transaction.
11. Tap the blue Pay button to place the order.
