Cancelling an order from the Checkout screen
1. Open the order you want to cancel.
If it's a saved order, tap Open orders at the top of the Checkout screen and tap the order to resume it.
2. Tap Actions at the top of the cart.
3. Tap Void order.
⚠️ Only staff with the right permissions can void an order. If you don't see Void order in the Actions menu, ask a manager.
4. Confirm when prompted.
The order is now cancelled and removed from your open orders list.
⚠️ Cancelling an order can't be undone. Make sure before you confirm.
Cancelling an order from the Payment screen
1. Tap Actions.
2. Tap Void order.
3. Confirm when prompted.
The order is now cancelled and removed from your open orders list.
Cancelling an order from the Orders screen
1. Tap Orders in the left navigation and tap the unpaid order you want to cancel.
2. Tap Void order.
3. Confirm when prompted.
The order is now cancelled and removed from your open orders list.
