⚠️ Fulfillment changes aren't available on completed, cancelled, voided, or dine-in orders.
1. Open the Orders screen and tap the order you want to change.
2. Tap the fulfillment dropdown (it shows the current type, like "Pickup" or "Delivery") in the actions row, or tap the Actions menu ("...") to see the available conversions.
3. Tap the fulfillment type you want to switch to.
Change pickup to delivery
1. Tap Change to Delivery.
ℹ️ If delivery isn't set up for your location, you'll see a prompt to configure it in Settings.
2. Search for the guest's delivery address.
3. Select the address from the results.
4. Add a unit number and delivery instructions if needed.
5. Tap Change to delivery to confirm.
The guest gets a notification about the change. A delivery fee and tip may apply.
Change delivery to pickup
1. Tap Change to Pickup.
2. Tap Convert to Pickup to confirm.
3. The delivery is cancelled, and the delivery fee and tip are refunded to the guest. The guest gets a notification.
Switch between in-house and third-party delivery
1. Tap Change to In-house delivery or Send to Third Party.
2. Confirm when prompted.
The fee and tip transfer to the new delivery method.
