1. Open the Orders screen and tap the order you want to update.
2. Tap the status button at the top of the order detail panel. It shows the current status (e.g., "Not started").
3. Tap the new status you want to set.
ℹ️ The available transitions depend on the current status:
Not started → In progress or Complete
Scheduled → In progress or Complete
In progress → Complete
What each status means
Status | Meaning |
Requested | A catering order waiting for you to accept or decline. |
Scheduled | Confirmed for a future pickup time. |
Not started | Ready to be worked on. |
In progress | Your team is preparing the order. |
Complete | Done and handed off to the guest or driver. |
Cancelled | Cancelled before completion. |
Voided | Voided after creation. Shows as "Refunded" if payments were returned. |
⚠️ Complete, Cancelled, and Voided are final statuses. You can't change the status after an order reaches one of these.
