How do I cancel a marketplace order on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Cancel orders from DoorDash or UberEats directly from the Orders screen. You'll select a cancellation reason and the marketplace handles the guest refund.

⚠️ Cancelling a marketplace order can't be undone. The marketplace handles any refund to the guest.

1. Open the Orders screen and tap the marketplace order you want to cancel.

2. Tap the Actions menu (the "..." icon) at the top of the order detail.

3. Tap Cancel on [marketplace name] (e.g., "Cancel on DoorDash" or "Cancel on UberEats").

ℹ️ This option only appears on active DoorDash and UberEats orders that haven't been completed or already cancelled.

4. Select a cancellation reason. The available reasons depend on the marketplace:

5. If you selected "Other," type a reason in the text field.

6. Tap Cancel order.
