How do I switch between Kitchen tabs on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Kitchen groups tickets into tabs by status. Tap any tab to filter the tickets you see.

1. Open the Kitchen view from the left navigation.

2. Tap any tab at the top of the screen to filter tickets by that status.

Tab Name

Description

Requested

Orders waiting for you to confirm before they go to the kitchen.

Scheduled

Orders set for a future pickup time. They sit here until it's time to start them.

Not started

Confirmed orders that haven't been started yet.

In progress

Orders your team is making right now.

Ready

Orders that are done but haven't been handed to the guest yet.

Completed

Orders that have been handed off.

โš ๏ธ Some tabs only appear when they have tickets:

  • Requested hides when empty

  • Not started hides when auto-claim is on and the tab is empty.

  • Prep stations only show In progress and Ready.
