How do I change a ticket's prep time in the Kitchen on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Adjust how much time a ticket has before pickup. Useful when the kitchen is running ahead or behind.

1. Open the Kitchen view.

2. Find the ticket on the Not started or In progress tab.

3. Tap Change prep time on the ticket card. You can also open the ticket and tap Change prep time from the action menu.

4. Tap + or โ€“ to adjust the remaining time in 5-minute steps.

5. Tap Done.

โš ๏ธ Change prep time only shows when the ticket is close enough to pickup time, and only before it's marked Ready or Completed. Your role also needs the "update order prep time" permission, which is set from your Owner Dashboard.
