How do I mark a single item as prepared in the Kitchen on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Tap individual line items on a ticket to mark them prepared. Useful when part of an order is ready before the rest.

1. Open the Kitchen view and tap the In progress tab.

2. Find the ticket with the item you've finished.

3. Tap the line item.

A checkmark appears next to the item. Tap it again to undo.


On prep stations

Prep stations can also tap items on the Ready tab to send them back to In progress.

1. Tap the Ready tab.

2. Tap the line item you want to send back.
