1. Open the Orders screen and tap the order you want to adjust.
2. Tap the prep time button in the order header. It shows the current pickup time or a countdown (e.g., "Prep in 12:30"). The prep time display changes based on order status:

Not started | Shows "Pickup at [time]" |
In progress | Shows a live countdown ("Prep in MM:SS") |
Scheduled | Shows the scheduled pickup time |
⚠️ The prep time button is only interactive on orders with a Not started or In progress status. You can't adjust prep time on completed or cancelled orders.
3. Tap + or – to adjust the time in 5-minute steps.
4. Tap Done.
