How do I view the Order channels report on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

The Order channels report breaks down your orders and sales by where they came from: your POS, website, app, or third-party marketplaces. Open it from the Reports tab.

⚠️ The Order channels report is only visible to staff roles with permission to view reports. If you don't see it in your left rail, ask an admin to update your role from your Owner Dashboard.

The Order channels report is in the Reports tab. It shows where your orders came from across four channels: your in-store POS, your branded website, your branded app, and third-party marketplaces.


Open the Order channels report

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left to open the side navigation.

2. Tap Reports.

3. In the left sidebar, tap Order channels.

At the top, you'll see a bar chart comparing the total sales across all four channels: 3rd Party, POS, Web, and App.

Below the chart, four tables show order count and sales for each channel:

Each table shows the order count and total sales for each row, plus a total at the bottom.

βœ… Use this report to spot which channels drive the most sales and where direct ordering (POS, Web, App) is winning back business from third-party marketplaces.
