The Tips report is in the Reports tab. It shows how much your staff earned in tips, split by the type of order, plus any tips paid to third-party drivers.
Open the Tips report
1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left to open the side navigation.
2. Tap Reports.
3. In the left sidebar, tap Tips.
Top-line metrics
At the top of the report, you'll see in-house tips broken down by fulfillment type:
Metric | What it means |
Pickup | Tips on pickup orders. |
Delivery | Tips on your in-house delivery orders. |
Dine-in | Tips on dine-in orders. |
To-go | Tips on to-go orders placed at your POS. |
Chart and breakdown
Below the top-line metrics, you'll see a chart that splits tips across pickup, delivery, dine-in, and to-go over your selected date range.
Scroll down for a full breakdown that also includes:
• In-house tips total. All four fulfillment types added together.
• Third-party driver tips. Tips collected for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub drivers. These are passed through to the driver, not your staff.
ℹ️ This report shows tip totals only. To see how tips were split between your restaurant and individual drivers on a specific order, open the order from the Orders tab.
