How do I change the date or time range for a report on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Every report on your Owner POS and Owner Tablet has date and time controls at the top of the left rail. Use them to scope a report to any day, a custom range, or a specific window of hours.

The date and time controls sit at the top of the left rail in the Reports tab. They apply to all four reports (Sales, Payment methods, Order channels, Tips), so changing the range on one updates the others too.

Change the date range

1. Tap the date button (calendar icon) at the top of the left rail.

2. Pick a range using one of two methods:

Use a shortcut. Tap Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.

Pick a custom range. Tap a start date on the calendar, then tap an end date. For a single day, tap the same date twice.

3. Tap Apply.

✅ Use Today to spot-check sales mid-shift, or Last 7 days to see how the week is trending.

Change the time range

By default, reports cover the full day. Narrow the window to a specific time range (for example, lunch only) using the time button.

1. Tap the time button (clock icon) at the top of the left rail.

2. Turn off the All day toggle.

3. Enter a Start time and an End time. Tap AM or PM for each.

⚠️ Your end time must be later than your start time. If it's not, you'll see a "The end time cannot be before the start time" message and the report won't update.

4. Tap Apply.

ℹ️ The time range only applies when your date range is a single day. If you select a multi-day range, the report covers each full day in that range.
