ℹ️ If your location uses multiple stations, notifications only appear for orders that match your station's alert settings.
1. When a new order arrives, a full-screen notification appears with the order details and an alert sound plays.
2. Review the order details shown on the notification.
3. Tap Confirm to accept the order. The order moves to In progress.
ℹ️ Before confirming, you can adjust the pickup time using the + and – buttons on the notification screen.
4. If you don't want to confirm yet, tap the X to dismiss the notification. The order stays in your list as Not started.
Auto-print
If your station has auto-print turned on, a kitchen ticket prints automatically when the notification appears. You don't need to tap anything.
ℹ️ To turn auto-print on or off, go to Settings > Printer on your device.
