How do I turn on order-ready text notifications for in-store guests on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Turn on automatic text notifications so in-store guests get a text when their order is ready, from Settings > Orders.

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Orders.

3. Toggle Text dine-in customers when their order is ready on or off.

4. Toggle Text to-go customers when their order is ready on or off.

ℹ️ When on, guests get one text from Owner as soon as the order is marked complete. The text says: "Your order at [your restaurant name] is ready!" Dine-in and to-go can be turned on independently.
