How do I auto-start tickets on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Turn on auto-start tickets so kitchen tickets start as soon as they enter the prep window, from Settings > Orders.

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Orders.

3. Toggle Auto-start tickets on.

ℹ️ When on, tickets start as soon as they enter the prep window, based on your prep time settings. When off, your staff need to manually start each ticket from the Kitchen screen.
