How do I set catering order timing on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Set how far ahead guests need to place catering orders and how far in the future they can schedule them, from Settings > Catering.

⚠️ Catering needs to be turned on in your Owner Dashboard first. See How do I set order timing for my catering menu? for how to turn it on.


Set catering order timing

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Catering.

3. Tap Minimum lead time and enter how many hours of notice you need before a catering order (2–72 hours).

ℹ️ Your minimum lead time needs to be less than your order window. For example, a 24-hour lead time works with a 30-day window, but not with a half-day window.

4. Tap Maximum order window and enter how many days in advance guests can schedule a catering order (1–60 days).

ℹ️ Changes save automatically and only affect new orders. Existing scheduled orders won't change.
