Respond to a form submission
1. Open the Owner App on your phone.
2. Tap the Inbox tab in the bottom navigation.
3. Tap the Forms tab at the top.
ℹ️ All your forms route to Inbox. Catering, events, hiring, and any other custom forms on your Owner.com site.
4. Tap the form submission to open it. You'll see the guest's name, contact info, and every field they filled out.
5. In the text box at the bottom of the Chat, type your message.
ℹ️ You can also call. If the form includes a phone number, tap the phone icon at the top of the Chat, or use Call guest in the Actions menu.
6. Tap send. Your phone's email app opens with the message pre-filled, addressed to the guest.
7. Send the email from your email app.
✅ Replies are sent from your own email address, not from Owner. The guest sees the response coming from you directly.
8. Inbox doesn't track whether you've replied to a form submission. Tap Mark unread in the Actions menu to save the Chat and come back to it later.
