How do I use Inbox in the Owner App?

The Inbox tab in your Owner App brings guest support requests, Google reviews, and form submissions into one place. Find it in the bottom navigation.

Open Inbox

1. Open the Owner App on your phone.

2. Tap the Inbox tab in the bottom navigation.

3. Use the tabs at the top of the Inbox to switch between Support, Reviews, and Forms channels.

What's in each channel

Channel

Description

Support

Guest support requests tied to a specific order, submitted through your Owner.com website.

Reviews

Every Google review your restaurant receives, including reviews not driven by Owner's automated review system.

Forms

Every form submission from your Owner.com website, like catering, events, and hiring forms.

Replying to a guest

Every Chat has a text box at the bottom. Type your response there and tap send. What happens next depends on the channel.

  • Support. Your phone's SMS app opens with the message pre-filled, ready to send to the guest from your own phone number.

  • Reviews. Your reply posts publicly to Google as your restaurant. Tap the pencil icon for an AI-generated draft you can edit before sending.

  • Forms. Your phone's email app opens with the message pre-filled, ready to send to the guest from your own email address.

ℹ️ For Support and Forms, replies are sent from your own phone number or email address. The guest sees the response coming from you directly.
